Guar Gum Powder

The chemical name of guar gum is Galactomannan and biologically it is called Cyamopsis-Tetragonoloba. It is naturally occurring polymer with a food grade value if carefully extracted through proper mechanical method. It is commonly used as a thickener, emulsifier and stabilizer in ice cream, Candies, Juices, Ice Coffee etc, with the European food additive number E412.

This ingredient is keto friendly, vegan, gluten-free and commonly used as a substitute of xanthan gum in food.
